QUALITY AREA – Educational program and practice (QA1)

What should I look to include in my next development planning cycle? What to document and when, how will you know when you have arrived at the strategy that works best for your service, children, educators and community.

This workshop aims to explore what reflective practice is and the processes that educators engage in as reflective practitioners. Using a practice example of the physical environment educators review goals, interest points, consider routines and everyday practices that occur within physical environments then use this understanding to practice reflection.
