ACCCO graduates sit at 83.7% improved employment status after training. This is considerably higher than the national average of 60.6% from all other Australian VET providers.

Education and Care services actively seek out ACCCO graduates because of their high quality training, with employers recognizing the exemplary skills and practices from the students who have trained with ACCCO.

Of those students employed after training, 93.1% of students that studied with ACCCO found the training provided was relevant to their current job. Statistics show that for students enrolled with other training providers, only 73.7% found the training relevant to their employment.

Throughout 2019 and the beginning of this year ACCCO have been very supportive. My trainer Jess responded promptly to all of my questions (even though I understand she is quite busy). We have been using ACCCO as our RTO for 2 years now. Their assignments are in line with the skills needed in Day Care centres. The work-based projects allow my students to develop and demonstrate the skills needed to become a confident and effective educator. Communication through email and school visits are excellent. Materials for teachers, including comprehensive mark schemes are available to download from their website.
